From Highway 101, take the Lucas Valley Road exit west approximately three (3) miles until you reach Mt. Lassen Road.  Make a right turn and follow the sign to the right for the Juvenile Services Office.  The Jeannette Prandi Children's Center is to the rear of the service center on the left side.
